چکیده
Stomach cancer has an important place in medicine. Unfortunately, diagnosis of gastric is being established majority cases at the IV stage. So, yt necessary to detect tumors earliest stages carcinogenesis and evaluate treat precancerous diseases, such as atrophy intestinal metaplasia. Aims : To estimate value Narrow-band imaging Dual focus (NBI Focus) endoscopy capabilities differential metaplasia types. We evaluated data Russian foreign articles on this topic from 2011 2021. In our study 46 patients with suspected admitted Nizhny Novgorod Oncology Dispensary. have performed multimodal endoscopy, including White light (WLI), narrow-band (NBI, WLI, BLI — 28) (18). Sydney system based multifocal biopsy targeted IM foci were all cases. Results Verification metaplasia, visualized was confirmed only 59% However, observed NBI, by pathology 100% NBI Focus made possible differentiate complete incomplete also patients. Conclusions Intestinal can be successfully diagnosed endoscopy. Differential types other variants mucosa using narrow-spectrum dual Focus).

Dual-focus narrow band imaging for the detection of intestinal metaplasia and atrophic gastritis.
Gastric cancer is one of the most common neoplastic diseases in developed Western countries, and is characterized by a poor prognosis when diagnosed at a late stage [1]. Atrophic gastritis and gastric intestinal metaplasia (GIM) are well-known risk factors for the development of gastric cancer. For this reason, endoscopy with multiple biopsies is recommended in patients with atrophic gastritis ...
متن کاملAcetic Acid Enhanced Narrow Band Imaging for the Diagnosis of Gastric Intestinal Metaplasia
Gastric intestinal metaplasia (GIM) is a precancerous lesion of the stomach. The detection of GIM using conventional white-light endoscopy (WLE) is difficult. In this study, we determined whether acetic acid-enhanced narrow band imaging (AA-NBI) improves the detection of GIM. A consecutive cohort of 132 individuals aged 40 years or older was subjected to upper gastrointestinal endoscopy using W...
متن کاملMeta-Analysis: Narrow Band Imaging for Diagnosis of Gastric Intestinal Metaplasia
BACKGROUND Distinguishing early gastric cancer is challenging with current imaging techniques. Narrow band imaging (NBI) is effective for characterizing gastric lesions. OBJECTIVES The aim of this meta-analysis was to estimate the diagnostic accuracy of NBI in the gastric intestinal metaplasia (GIM). METHODS We performed data analysis using Meta-DiSc (version 1.4) and STATA (version 11.0) s...
متن کاملEfficacy of narrow-band imaging for detecting intestinal metaplasia in adult patients with symptoms of dyspepsia.
INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE Atrophy and intestinal metaplasia are early phenotypic markers in gastric carcinogenesis. White light endoscopy does not allow direct biopsy of intestinal metaplasia due to a lack of contrast of the mucosa. Narrow-band imaging is known to enhance the visibility of intestinal metaplasia, to reduce sampling error, and to increase the diagnostic yield of endoscopy for in...
متن کاملMarginal turbid band and light blue crest, signs observed in magnifying narrow-band imaging endoscopy, are indicative of gastric intestinal metaplasia
BACKGROUND Gastric intestinal metaplasia (IM) usually appears in flat mucosa and shows few morphologic changes, making diagnosis using conventional endoscopy unreliable. Magnifying narrow-band imaging (NBI) endoscopy enables evaluation of detailed morphological features that correspond with the underlying histology. The aim of this study was to investigate and clarify the diagnostic efficacy of...
